Timothy Cone is a seasoned advocate with over 30 years of experience in federal criminal defense, appellate litigation, and habeas corpus. Before joining Richard C. Klugh, P.A., Timothy served as an Assistant Federal Public Defender, where he represented clients in high-stakes cases involving intricate legal and procedural issues. He began his career as an Assistant State Attorney General in New York, focusing on antitrust investigations and achieving impactful settlements in major price-fixing and merger cases. His breadth of experience has shaped a career defined by meticulous preparation, strategic thinking, and an unwavering commitment to justice.

 

A graduate of Yale Law School, Timothy earned his undergraduate degree from Haverford College, where he cultivated the intellectual curiosity and tenacity that continue to drive his work today.
